The XIth meeting of the European Society for Immunology (ESID) together with the VIIIth meeting of the International Patient Organisation of Primary Immunodeficiencies (IPOPI) and the VIth meeting of the International Nursing Group for Immunodeficiencies (INGID) will be held in Versailles from October 21 to 24, 2004. |
The European Society for
Immunodeficiencies (ESID) is a non-profit organization having multiple
aims. The main objectives are to facilitate the exchange of ideas and
information among doctors, nurses, biomedical investigators, patients
and their families concerned with primary immunodeficiency diseases and
also to promote research on causes, mechanisms and treatment of these
disorders. Recently ESID has initiated an educational program.
ESID was established as an informal group in 1983 and became a society in 1994. ESID organizes bi-annual scientific meetings and the next meeting will be held 21-24 October, 2004 in Versailles, France.
